Pat joined Giampolini as CFO in 2001.His experience includes executive positions in a variety of industries including nine years in public accounting where he was responsible for a number of construction and development clients. Along with responsibility for the accounting and budgeting processes he provides direction in the treasury, risk management and tax planning functions. He is licensed to practice public accountancy in California (CPA, 1984) and holds the degree of Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the California State University at Hayward.

In over 41 years of service John has risen to President of our Painting Division through an unwavering commitment to quality performance and client satisfaction. Starting in the field, with the tools, and later promoted through our estimating and project management departments, his executive perspective is firmly grounded in the realities of the business. In giving back to his profession, John has served as President of the San Francisco Chapter of the Painting and Decorators Association (PDCA). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern California Painting and Finishing Contractors Association, and sits on the board of the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.

As a board member and officer of the corporation Tom set strategic objectives, reviews acquisitions and executive level recruitment. Day to day he directs the Field Operations staff at our Emeryville facility, providing logistical support for our three division's 300+ skilled crafts people.

Mike effectively established the masonry restoration of Giampolini & Co. in 2000, leveraging a reputation earned in managing over a thousand Bay Area and Western US projects as regional director of one of the nation's largest restoration/waterproofing companies. He has 40 years of hands-on experience gained in completing over $250M in specialty contract work in both historic restoration and new construction. He is adroit at balancing multiple design and engineering consultants, dozens of trades and the logistics of city center projects.

Brent brings with him over 46 years of hands-on construction industry experience. A carpenter by trade, his experience includes all aspects of heavy high-rise construction, retail, core and shell, as well as multi-floor commercial interior tenant development and renovation.

As former founder and CEO of a well-known and respected Bay Area construction firm, Brent's overall experience and efforts contribute considerably to the resources, range of expertise, and depth of knowledge the Giampolini team has to offer.
